>> Location Henley-in-Arden is a vibrant town of 4000 inhabitants that is surrounded by lovely countryside. It is situated on the A3400 in Warwickshire 8 miles north of Stratford-upon-Avon, William Shakespeare's birthplace and 18 miles south of Birmingham, England's second city. The towns of Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry and Solihull are also near by. Henley-in-Arden railway station provides links to Birmingham and Stratford-upon-Avon. The M42 and M40 motorways are only minutes away.

There are many Henley-in-Arden shops, Henley-in-Arden restaurants, Henley-in-Arden wine bars, pubs, Henley-in-Arden banks and Henley-in-Arden professional services along the Henley-in-Arden High Street with its many buildings of historic interest. Henley-in-Arden is a medieval market town and a market is still held Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. The town also benefits from sports facilities such as golf courses, tennis courts and a number of other activities for all ages. Numerous local societies and clubs cater for a number of special interests. There are also excellent schools and other higher educational facilities locally.
>> The Parish Council The Joint Parish Council pursues and implements policies that safeguard and enhance the environment of the town, and promotes business in the Parish. The Council encourages its residents to participate in all matters that affect the town and time is allocated for public participation in all its meetings.
